the best event that i went on in year six

like i am sure u want to know my favourite thing to do when i was year six who wouldn't well let me tell you  

the best activity was by far ab sailing people will think it is just normal sailing that is what i thought but i guess i was wrong because it is a high up sort of like a building but the bad thing was i am super scared of heights i thought i was going to faint he told me to not look down he connected a rope like when they go jumping off high things and you bounce up so when he finished attaching it he just pushed me and i was falling but the i bounced up and landed safely  

The scariest part of the hole trip would have to be when i went swimming i know what your thinking wow swimming with that scary well would you be scared if you saw a manta ray you must be thinking what is that? Well let me tell you imagine a stingray and then times the size by ten that is a manta ray luckily i was next to a platform but i was stuck in fair and all you see is the big manta ray swimming towards me and when i saw that i thought i was going to die but i was to fast cause you know one of the best. 

The third idea is the best idea i know i said that with basically every idea  but this one is when we made our own boats it was boy vs girls and we could not do it by our self so when we made it i think it was cause we when we tried to compete so it was like the girls need the boys strength and the boys need to girl intelligence.

Thank you to everyone who made my experience possible even tho most time i thought i was dead and also thank you to everyone reading this i hope you enjoyed reading my writing as much as i enjoyed writing it.the

Do you want to be the best role model ?

Being a good role model means, to step up and to lead the way. What it takes to be a good role model means to be confident. And we are going to share three ideas on being a good role model

First you need to respect everybody. And show everyone what the right thing to do like showing the younger kids how to play  specific games like touch and tag because all the little kids seem to follow the older kids because they look at the seniors  so what you need to do is teach. For example if you were to play fight all the little kids will think it is alright to play fight but if you were to play a more sensitive games the will play kinder and you will teach them how to be a role model for people younger the way to go.

My second part for being a good role model would have to be no matter what you must help everyone the is in need so for  an  example if someone is playing on the playground and if they fall off and hurt them self you help them up and take them to the sick bay or something because in our school a sick bay is for people that do not feel good or are hurt.

Another one is helping the teachers like if a teacher is caring a lot of stuff from the staff room if you want to be a good role model you do not want to just stay there if you are a good role model you will go and carry all the heavy things for her/him.

first day at tech

today was a good day we went to tech and made hot cacks with chocolate chips we add all the ingredient it was so hard i am going to learn how to cook and how to be more helpful. i will be one of the best when i am done we do this once a week every Tuesday and the year 7 do it every Thursday 

what I enjoyed this year and what i am looking forward to next year

2. Choose 2 which you thoroughly enjoyed, explain why maths because it is hard and i like a challenge and inquiry because i like being creative  and since i like a challenge that is the reason why i like math and not literacy if it was a bit harder i would like literacy 

3. Choose 2 that you didn’t enjoy as much, explain why literacy because the work is not to hard and topic because every thing we do i have already learned by that i mean i have done it every year so that is why i don’t like it

I would like to say thank you to my kapa haka teacher because she is so nice and kind and even when things are thought she still push thru she is a warrior just like me and i would like to say thank you to my teachers for teaching me this year i can’t wait for next year

5. 2019: What are you looking forward to next year? Being   What are you anxious about? What will you do to help you get through difficult times in the class, playground, with your peers?

I am looking forward to being year 8 and being leaders of the school but i am anxious about seeing if i get picked to be prefect and the way i will get thru the difficult times is ask for help when i am stuck and drink a lot of water

what is a solid liquid an gas ?

Today the 4th of December my class was looking at particles in a solid liquid and gas so we learned how
solids are stuck together and can not move for example ice  the ice is a solid because it does not move
as much as water but if you give the ice heat it turns into water.

Water is something everyone and everything needs it is everywhere it is in nature but the particles in
water is connected but they are loose because a solids particles is stuck together and they don’t move
but the water particles are together but not stuck so the go over each other.

If you give heat to water you make gas hot air the gas particle is not connected at all so when the water
gets heat the gas particles can run away it is like they have more energy a solid has very little energy
then a liquid has a bit more energy so it can move around more and then gas has the most energy out
of all of them because it is like they are running away.
